Dev is widely regarded as the leading business development advisor for innovative recreation, sport, and leadership development centers. Having grown and sold four of his own businesses and worked within numerous community recreation and university centers, Mr. Pathik brings a wealth of strategy and development experience to our projects. As an adventure athlete, Dev has traveled in some of the most remote locations in the world including journeys in the Amazon River Basin, Vietnam, Thailand, Patagonia, India, and multiple destinations throughout Europe. In the 1990’s Dev opened the country’s premier sport and adventure based corporate teambuilding center. Pathik then went on to launch dozens of other centers as a consultant to leadership, teambuilding, and sports facilities around the world. Dev is also a facility owner, having joined the ownership team of a nationally acclaimed indoor sports facility offering volleyball, rock-climbing, corporate events, and indoor and outdoor programs. Within SFA, Dev leads our strategic planning and business models areas and partners with the rest of our Executive team to set direction for our company.
