Getting Started! – Seminar
This powerful workshop is exclusively for new entrepreneurs and new developers who are considering opening a sports, recreation, or athletic facility*. Getting Started! Is a fast-paced learning experience, held in beautiful Tampa Bay, Fla., and led by SFA’s expert consultants. Your Getting Started! seminar will equip you with the facts, tools, and information you need to make informed decisions regarding your sports facility plans. The seminar is dedicated to the needs of first-time facility developers and new entrepreneurs. The Getting Started! seminar will provide you with a step-by-step road map for the facility development process.
Your SFA instructors will be experienced, compassionate professionals who are well-versed in facility start-up and finance, market research, recreation facility design, sports facility management, entrepreneurialism, marketing, and real estate development. Your classmates will be others from outside of your direct market who are new to this business and interested in launching their own sports or recreation facility.
Unlike traditional open enrollment conferences or trade shows, SFA’s Getting Started! seminar includes pre-work and a one-on-one interview with SFA’s intake team.
