Matt earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance and his MBA in International Business from the University of Florida. Matt worked internationally for GE Commercial Finance in Sydney, Australia before working in real estate development and budget analysis for large mixed use and residential developments. Today, Matt serves as the key business analyst and financial document resource for clients during the forecasting, feasibility study, economic impact assessment, business planning, and funding stages. Matt is a Certified Arena Operator and the former Supervisor of Intramural Sports for one of the largest intramural sports organizations in the U.S. Through a wide range of projects including financial forecasting for more than 30 community recreation/sports facilities, Matt, an accomplished football and baseball player in the Tampa Bay region, has developed an extensive background in market research, vendor/bid reviews, budgeting, cost analysis, and the start-up process for community recreation and sports centers. Matt’s community involvement includes work with the Neighborly Care Network and Meals on Wheels.
